Well it came
to be that Sam and I went for a trip from Miami down to Key West
in March. It was at the beginning of my spring break, so it was
a great way to kickstart the week. Click on the thumbnail for
a better look at our path down. Not that we had many options as
to which way to go, however.

This is where my pictures start, but if you want more you'll want to visit wrx900.com. |
These bikers went from Miami all the way down to mile 0 in Key West. We saw them all again in a parade down there. |
Here is a quick picture of the road as we are making our way down south. |
|
That billboard for the Sandal Outlet on the side I believe is where Sam bought his new pair. |
There are many state parks along the path south. |
Another picture of the road. |
|
Only 95 more miles from this point to Key West. |
Really not sure what I was going for with this picture here, but here it is just the same! |
A US 1 shield. |
|
A stoplight coming up. |
Merging to a two lane road once again. |
Told you. |
|
Now to a drawbridge. |
Now to the top. For redundancy. |
Looking out onto the keys from the road. |
|
Getting closer to Key West! Only 77 more miles to go! |
Pretty blue water. |
Now you can see the two bridges next to one another. |
|
Welcome to Islamadora. |
Tropical paradise. |
Now coming up another bridge. |
|
The other side of the bridge. |
Don't be going off that edge now! |
And now we're in Marathon. |
|
More of US 1. |
